SEOUL METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE ON ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF CLIMATE CHANGE FUND
ADDENDUM <Ordinance No. 2865, Jan. 14, 1992> This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDUM <Ordinance No. 3672, Sep. 30, 1999> This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDUM <Ordinance No. 3701, Jan. 15, 2000> This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDUM <Ordinance No. 3928, Nov. 10, 2001> Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDA <Ordinance No. 3948, Jan. 5, 2002> (1) (Enforcement Date) This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. (2) (Transitional Measures Following Change of Purposes of Fund) The previous provisions shall apply to a loan to a person whose loan application is pending in accordance with the previous provisions at the time this Ordinance enters into force. ADDENDA <Ordinance No. 4050, Jan. 10, 2003> Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. Article 2 Omitted. ADDENDUM <Ordinance No. 4149, Nov. 5, 2003> This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDUM <Ordinance No. 4432, Oct. 4, 2006> This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDA <Ordinance No. 4561, Oct. 1, 2007> (1) (Enforcement Date) This Ordinance shall enter into force on January 1, 2008. (2) (Transitional Measures Following Change in Formation of Fund Operation Deliberative Committee) A member of the Committee who has been commissioned in accordance with the previous provisions at the time this Ordinance enters into force shall be deemed to have been commissioned in accordance with this Ordinance. (3) (Transitional Measures Following Change of Purposes of Fund) A person who has been financed in accordance with the previous provisions at the time this Ordinance enters into force shall be deemed to have been financed in accordance with this Ordinance, and the previous provisions shall apply to a person who is in the process of a loan after he/she has applied for a loan in accordance with the previous provisions at the time this Ordinance enters into force. ADDENDA <Ordinance No. 4908, Jan. 7, 2010> Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. Article 2 Omitted.
