Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe necessary matters for the enforcement of the Ordinance on Guarantee of Child's Right to Play.

Article 2 (Fee) In accordance with Article 7 (2) of the Ordinance on The Guarantee of a Child's Right to Play (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance"), the fee for using indoor children’s play facilities shall be as specified in Table 1.

Article 3 (Detailed Operation) The details of the installation and operation of indoor children's play facilities may be specified through guidelines.

This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
