ADDENDA <May 8, 1991>
(1) (Enforcement Date)
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
(2) (Transitional Measures)
The previous provisions shall apply to road excavation and restoration works being performed as at the time this Ordinance enters into force.

This Ordinance shall enter into force on January 1, 1996.
ADDENDA <Mar. 10, 1998>
(1) (Enforcement Date)
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
(2) (Transitional Measures)
The previous provisions shall apply to the calculation and collection of charges against executors on road excavation and restoration works performed under the previous provisions as at the time this Ordinance enters into force.

This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.

Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That the amended provisions of Article 3-2 shall enter into force on January 1, 2004.
Article 2 (Transitional Measures)
The previous provisions shall apply to the calculation and collection of charges against executors on road restoration works, due to road excavation, which are in progress or have completed with permission as at the time this Ordinance enters into force.

This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
