Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe matters delegated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Conservation, Management and Utilization of Future Heritage and those necessary for enforcing the same Ordinance.

Article 2 (Consent Form to Select Seoul Future Heritage) An owner, etc. that intends to consent to selecting of Seoul Future Heritage in accordance with Article 14 (2) of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Conservation, Management and Utilization of Future Heritage (hereinafter referred as the "Ordinance") shall submit a Consent Form in attached Form 1 to the Mayor of the Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "Mayor").

Article 3 (Seoul Future Heritage Certificate and Emblem) The certificate and the emblem referred to in Article 14 (3) of the Ordinance are as specified in attached Form 2 and the attached Table.

Article 4 (Revocation of Seoul Future Heritage) ① An owner, etc. of Seoul Future Heritage that intends to request that selection as Seoul Future Heritage be revoked in accordance with subparagraph 1 of Article 15 of the Ordinance shall file an application in attached Form 3 with the Mayor and the Seoul Future Heritage selected pursuant to Article 14 of the Ordinance is deemed revoked upon the acceptance of an application for revocation.
② Where Seoul Future Heritage is designated and registered as cultural heritage as prescribed in subparagraph 2 of Article 15 of the Ordinance, the Seoul Future Heritage selected pursuant to Article 14 of the Ordinance is deemed revoked.
③ Where Seoul Future Heritage loses its value for conservation due to damage, etc. as prescribed in subparagraph 3 of Article 15 of the Ordinance or where the Committee otherwise deems the Seoul Future Heritage unworthy of conservation as prescribed in subparagraph 4 of the same Article, the Future Heritage Conservation Committee of the Seoul Metropolitan Government established pursuant to Article 7 of the Ordinance shall determine whether to revoke such Seoul Future Heritage made by resolution.

ADDENDUM
This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
