ADDENDA
Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
Article 2 (Transitional Measure)
Entrusted work in progress under any ordinance repealed or amended by the enforcement of this Ordinance shall be deemed entrusted work in progress under this Ordinance.
Article 3 (Repeal of Other Ordinances)
The following Ordinances are hereby repealed simultaneously as at the time this Ordinance enters into force:
1. The Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Establishment and Entrusted Operation of Small and Medium Business Incubation Centers;
2. The Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Workers' Shelters;
3. The Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Entrustment of Supervision over Construction Works for Water Supply Pipelines.
