ADDENDUM This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDA <Ordinance No. 5051, Nov. 4, 2010> Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. Article 2 (Transitional Measure) (1) The Council in operation at the time this Ordinance enters into force shall be deemed the Council established pursuant to Article 17.
