Article 1 (Purposes)

Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in this Ordinance shall be as follows: Provided, That terms defined in the Framework Act on Fire Services and the Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, the Enforcement Decrees of the aforesaid Acts, and the Enforcement Rules of the aforesaid Acts shall apply

Article 3 (Responsibilities and Duties of Mayor)
The Mayor of Seoul Metropolitan City shall formulate administrative and financial support measures, such as the construction of

Article 4 (Establishment of Safety Map for Fire-fighters)
The safety map for the fire-fighters, including the following, shall be established:

Article 5 (Administration of Authority for Use)
(1) The Director of Fire and Disaster Headquarters shall designate an authority administrator.
|
|
Article 6 (Formulation of Operational Plan)
(1) The Director of Fire and Disaster Headquarters shall formulate and implement a plan for the operation and management of the safety map for the fire-fighters every year so that the safety map for the fire-fighters can be operated smoothly and effectively.

Article 7 (Meetings of Steering Committee)
The Director of Fire and Disaster Headquarters may

Article 8 (Cooperation with Information)
Where necessary for the establishment and operation of the safety map for the fire-fighters under Articles 4 and 5, the Director of Fire and Disaster Headquarters may request relevant departments to provide data and information. In such cases, departments in receipt of a request for data and information shall comply with such request except in extenuating circumstances.

Article 9 (Data Surveys)
(1) The head of a fire-fighting office shall conduct data surveys on fire-fighting objects to formulate information cards about fire-fighting activities for fire-fighting objects, and enter the result thereof in the safety map for the fire-fighters.

Article 10 (Security)
(1) The Director of Fire and Disaster Headquarters shall assume responsibility for security on the safety map for the fire-fighters.

|
Article 11 (Enforcement Rule)
Matters necessary for the enforcement of this Ordinance shall be prescribed by the Rule.
