Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Establishment and Operation of Nature Experience Facilities for Families. <Amended by Rule No. 3407, Jan. 29, 2015>

Article 2 (Collection of Fees) The rates of the fees collectible under Article 3 of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Establishment and Operation of Nature Experience Facilities for Families (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance") are as specified in attached Table 1. <Amended by Rule No. 3407, Jan. 29, 2015>

Article 3 (Full or Partial Exemption from Fees) (1) A person who meets the requisites for exemption under Article 4 of the Ordinance may be exempted from 30/100 of fees.
(2) A person who wishes to be exempted from fees under paragraph (1) shall file an application for exemption with the Mayor in attached Form 1, along with documents certifying that he/she is eligible for exemption.

Article 4 (Refund of Fees, etc.) (1) A person who wishes to have fees, etc. refunded under Article 5 of the Ordinance shall file an application for refund with the Mayor in attached Form 2.
(2) When the Mayor decides to refund fees upon an application filed for refund under paragraph (1), he/she shall notify the applicant of the decision promptly and shall refund it to the designated account according to the applicant's request.
