	ADDENDA (1) (Enforcement Date) This Ordinance shall enter into force three months after the date of its promulgation. (2) (Transitional Measures concerning Fines for Negligence) A fine for negligence shall apply with regard to an act subject to imposition of a fine for negligence done on or after the date this Ordinance enters into force. ADDENDUM <Ordinance No. 4753, Mar. 18, 2009> This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
