(1) (Enforcement Date)
This Ordinance shall enter into force on August 1, 2001.
(2) (Transitional Measure)
A facility in operation with a permit as at the time this Ordinance enters into force shall be deemed to have been permitted pursuant to this Ordinance.

(1) (Enforcement Date)
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
(2) (Applicability)

The amended provisions regarding the interest rate applicable to loans in the proviso to Article 4 (1) of the form loan agreement on commercial facilities on sidewalks in attached Form 3 shall be applicable to persons who enter into a loan agreement on or after the enforcement date of this Ordinance.
