Seoul Metropolitan Government Rule on the Supply and Management of Housing Units for Long-Term Lease on Deposit Basis shall be repealed.

ADDENDA <Rule No. 4011, Jan. 29, 2015>
Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
Article 2 (Repeal of Other Rule)
Seoul Metropolitan Government Rule on the Supply and Management of Housing Units for Long-Term Lease on Deposit Basis shall be repealed.
Article 3 (Transitional Measures Following Repeal of Other Rule)
Any housing units for long-term lease on deposit bases supplied under the Seoul Metropolitan Government Rule on the Supply and Management of Housing Units for Long-Term Lease on Deposit Basis at the time this Decree enters into force shall be considered as long-term jeonse houses under these Rules.
