ENFORCEMENT RULE OF THE SEOUL METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE ON ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF SAFETY EXPERIENCE CENTERS

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe matters entrusted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Establishment and Operation of Safety Experience Centers and matters necessary for enforcement thereof. <Amended by Rule No. 3597, Jan. 10, 2008; Rule No. 3772 Nov. 4, 2010>

Article 2 (Names and Locations) The names and locations of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Safety Experience Centers (hereinafter referred to as “Experience Centers”) provided for in Article 2 of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Establishment and Operation of Safety Experience Centers (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”) shall be as specified in attached Table 1. <Amended by Rule No. 3597, Jan. 10, 2008; Rule No. 3772 Nov. 4, 2010>

Article 3 (Public Announcement of Temporary Holidays) Where the Mayor of Seoul Metropolitan Government temporarily closes the Experience Centers in accordance with Article 3 (2) 3 of the Ordinance, he/she shall publicly announce such fact through an official report or on the Internet by no later than 10 days prior to the temporary holiday: Provided, That this may not apply where the Experience Centers are closed due to due to emergency situations. <Amended by Rule No. 3772, Nov. 4, 2010>

Article 4 (Reservations and Management of Current Status of Use) A public official in charge of reservations of each Experience Center shall check the daily status as to whether reservations are canceled for the following day’s use of the Experience Center, and shall report the daily status of use to the person responsible for overall operation of the Experience Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Chief Operating Officer”). <Amended by Rule No. 3597, Jan. 10, 2008; Rule No. 3772 Nov. 4, 2010>

Article 5 (Restrictions on Hours, Etc.) The number and time of use of each Experience Center provided for in Article 6 of the Ordinance shall be as specified in attached Table 2. <Amended by Rule No. 3772, Nov. 4, 2010>

Article 6 (Keeping Ledgers) Each person in charge of operation of each safety training facility, etc., shall keep a ledger to inspect and manage facilities and equipment, etc., which are prescribed by the Chief Operating Officer. <Amended by Rule No. 3772, Nov. 4, 2010>
