Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe matters delegated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Establishment and Operation of Safety Experience Centers and matters necessary for the enforcement of the aforesaid matters. <Amended by Enforcement Rule No. 3597, Jan. 10, 2008; Enforcement Rule No. 3772 Nov. 4, 2010; Enforcement Rule No. 4143, Feb. 23, 2017>

Article 2 (Names and Locations) The names and locations of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Safety Experience Centers (hereinafter referred to as "Experience Centers") provided for in Article 2 of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Establishment and Operation of Safety Experience Centers (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance") shall be as specified in attached Table 1.

Article 3 (Public Announcement of Temporary Holidays) Where the Mayor of Seoul Metropolitan Government temporarily closes the Experience Centers pursuant to Article 3 (2) 3 of the Ordinance, he/she shall publicly announce such fact through an official report or on the Internet at least 10 days prior to the temporary holiday: Provided, That where the Experience Centers are closed due to emergency situations, he/she may choose not to publicly announce the closure thereof. <Amended by Enforcement Rule No. 3772, Nov. 4, 2010>

Article 4 (Reservations and Management of Current Status of Use) (1) A public official in charge of reservations of each Experience Center shall check the daily status of whether reservations are canceled for the following day's use of the Experience Center, and shall report the daily status of the use thereof to the person responsible for the operation of the Experience Center (hereinafter referred to as "chief operating officer"). <Amended by Enforcement Rule No. 3597, Jan. 10, 2008; Enforcement Rule No. 3772 Nov. 4, 2010; Enforcement Rule No. 4125, Oct. 13, 2016>
(2) The Mayor may issue a certificate of completion to users of each Experience Center, and the form of certificate of completion shall be as specified in Form 1. <Newly Inserted by Enforcement Rule No. 4125, Oct. 13, 2016>

Article 5 (Restrictions on Service Hours, etc.) The number of times a citizen may use each Experience Center and the service hours of each Experience Center under Article 6 of the Ordinance shall be as specified in attached Table 2: Provided, That the Mayor may change the service hours of each Experience Center and the number of times a citizen may use each Experience Center according to changes in demand for education, and in such cases, he/she shall post a notice of such changes on the website, etc. <Amended by Enforcement Rule No. 3772, Nov. 4, 2010; Enforcement Rule No. 4125, Oct. 13, 2016>

Article 6 (Keeping Ledgers) Each person in charge of operation of each safety training facility, etc., shall keep a ledger to inspect and manage facilitiesand equipment, etc., which are prescribed by the chief operating officer. <Amended by Enforcement Rule No. 3772, Nov. 4, 2010>
