ADDENDA
Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
Article 2 (Repeal of Other Rule)
The Seoul Metropolitan Government Rule on the Organization and Operation of the Information Disclosure Council is hereby repealed.
Article 3 (Transitional Measure concerning Council)
The Council organized before this Rule enters into force shall be deemed to have been organized pursuant to this Rule: Provided, That if its Council's composition of members does not conform to Article 11 (2) of this Rule, the executive agency shall supplement it within two months from the enforcement date of this Rule.
Article 4 (Transitional Measure concerning Timing of Publication)
The administrative information that shall be publicized in January pursuant to Table 1 shall be publicized in February only for 2001.

This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.

This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
(2) (Applicability to Exemption from Fees)
The amended provisions of Article 20 shall be applicable to the disclosure of information with regard to a petition filed on or after the date this Rule enters into force.
