SEOUL METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT ENFORCEMENT RULE OF THE ORDINANCE ON THE PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Rule is to define matters necessary for implementation of enforcement of the Ordinance on the Promotion of Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Article 2 (Establishment of Master Plans on Promotion of Human Right of Person with Disabilities)
(1) The head of project department shall establish a project plan by field and stage before end of November of the year in which the master plan expires for establishment of a master plan concerning promotion of human rights of persons with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as “master plan”) under Article 5 (1) of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Promotion of Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”). <Amended by Rule No. 3416, Mar. 12, 2015>
Article 3 (Functions of Center for Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities)
(1) The affairs of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Center for Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities under Article 8 (1) of the Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as “center”) shall be as follows, and the gender of persons with disabilities shall be considered in implementation of the affairs:
Article 4 (Participation of Investigation of Relevant Experts, etc.)
Applicants for counselling, directors and staff of citizens’ organizations, and relevant experts may participate if necessary for proceeding of investigation related to the operation of the center. In such cases, allowances, etc. may be paid within the budget to persons who participate in the investigation.
Article 5 (Financial Support on Center for Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities)
(1) The Mayor may support on all or part of the expenses necessary for implementation of the each subparagraph of Article 3 (1) within the budget concerning the center.
Article 6 (Provision, etc. of Subsidies for Information Provider)
(1) Where a person contributes to identifying the truth of infringement of human rights or discrimination act in the residence facilities of persons with disabilities by reporting, subsidies may be paid within the budget after deliberation of Promotion Committee on Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the “committee”) provided in Article 10 (1) of the Ordinance.
