SEOUL METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT ENFORCEMENT RULE OF THE ORDINANCE ON MEASURES TO EASE TRAFFIC FLOW OF CONSTRUCTION SITES OCCUPYING ROADS
ADDENDA (1) (Enforcement Date) This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. (2) (Transitional Measures) The previous provisions shall apply to matters concerning measures to ease traffic flow of a construction site occupying a road which are in force in accordance with the Seoul Metropolitan Government Guidelines for Traffic Control of Construction Sites Occupying Roads at the time this Rule enters into force. ADDENDA <Enforcement Rule No. 3456, Oct. 13, 2005> (1) (Enforcement Date) This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. (2) (Transitional Measures concerning Changes of Construction Notice Signs, etc.) A construction notice sign, traffic direction sign and construction notice placard already placed at a construction site occupying a road at the time this Rule enters into force shall be deemed to have been placed according to the amended provisions of this Rule. ADDENDUM <Enforcement Rule No. 3537, Mar. 15, 2007> This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. ADDENDA <Enforcement Rule No. 3680, Aug. 6, 2009> Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. Article 2 (Transitional Measures) Notwithstanding the amended provisions of Article 5, the previous provisions shall apply to a person who has applied for a permit to occupy a road before this Rule enters into force.
