Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Rule is to provide for matters delegated pursuant to the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Use and Management of Seoul Plaza and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.

Article 2 (Obligations) The obligations of each user under Article 9 (1) 2 of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Use and Management of Seoul Plaza (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance") shall be as prescribed as follows:
1. A user shall use the designated place during the designated hours;
2. A user shall consult with the Metropolitan Government in advance on a change in permitted facilities;
3. A user shall maintain the order in the Plaza and keep it clean;
4. No user shall engage in any activity of advertising or selling a thing for profit;
5. A user shall take measures for preventing accidents;
6. A user shall comply with the standards for the use of sound systems and the permitted level of sound;
7. No user shall interfere with the free traffic of citizens or engage in any activity abhorrent to citizens.

Article 3 (Guidelines for User Fees) The guidelines for user fees for the Plaza under Article 10 (1) of the Ordinance shall be as set out in attached Table.

This Rule shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
